Fuse ok and tryed a known good daytime modual. Ive looked under interior and exterior under headlights. I have replaced the bulbs If I'm reading this correctly the Red with White wire should be hot.

If you wire it in with the dash light/instument cluster wiring it will dim and brighten with the dash lights.

It has auto shutoff and fogs.
